Breathing, Meditation and Movement
Join me on Wednesday evenings this summer for mindful breathwork, calm abiding meditation and gentle movement to cultivate balanced qi. We will spend time in each class developing breathing, meditation and movement skills to relax and focus the mind, balance the meridians and chakras, while strengthening the vital life force of the body by incorporating both yoga asanas and qi gong techniques. Whether your interest is in a greater sense of peace and balance, improving energy or strength, or relieving pain and discomfort, this instruction is appropriate for all ages and all levels of ability.
